• The Company does not encourage, endorse, or permit any unlawful data scraping, web scraping, or unauthorized data extraction from third-party websites.

3. No Affiliation or Endorsement

• Lead Grabber is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party website, including but not limited to Apollo.io or any other data providers.

• Any use of the Extension on a third-party website is solely your responsibility, and you acknowledge that we are not responsible for any consequences arising from your use of the Extension.

4. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to use the Extension for:

• Violating any laws, regulations, or third-party terms of service.

• Harvesting, collecting, or processing personal data without proper authorization.

• Commercial use that breaches website terms of service.

• Any malicious, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

• The Extension is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without any warranties or guarantees of performance, accuracy, or legality.

• The Company disclaims all liability for any damages, claims, losses, or legal consequences that may arise from your use of the Extension.

• You assume full responsibility for ensuring that your use of Lead Grabber complies with applicable laws and website terms.

• The Extension and its underlying technology, design, and code remain the exclusive property of BelieveX Ltd.
